शुभ सन्देश

शिक्षा समाज की आधारशिला है। किसी परिवार, समाज एवं राष्ट्र के सर्वांगीण एवं चहुँमुखी विकास में गुणवत्तापूर्ण एवं कौशलवर्धक शिक्षा का होना आवश्यक है। अच्छी शिक्षा तभी संभव है जब श्रेष्ठ शिक्षण संस्थान का प्रादुर्भाव हो। परम पिता परमेशवर एकलिंगनाथ जी की असीम कृपा से एवं संस्थापक कीर्तिधर्मा विभूति महाराणा भूपाल सिंह जी व उन समस्त पितृपुरुषों के शुभाशीष से शैक्षिक विकास के इस रथ को आगे बढ़ाने का पुनीत कर्म विद्या प्रचारिणी सभा, उदयपुर को प्राप्त हुआ। यह संस्था लगभग शताब्दी से (1923 से) राजस्थान के दक्षिणांचल में शिक्षा की अलख जगाने के शुभ कार्य में अनवरत प्रयासरत है।

यह अवगत कराते हुए अत्यंत हर्ष एवं गौरव का अनुभव हो रहा है कि एक पौधे रूपी स्वरूप से यह संस्था आज वटवृक्ष के रूप में अर्थात् भूपाल नोबल्स विश्वविद्यालय के रूप में प्रत्यक्ष है।

यह विश्वविद्यालय राजस्थान सरकार के विश्वविद्यालय अधिनियम के तहत वर्ष 2015 में स्थापित होकर विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग से मान्यता प्राप्त है। भूपाल नोबल्स विश्वविद्यालय का परम लक्ष्य वर्तमान की वैश्विक आवश्यकताओं एवं मानवीय संस्कार एवं संस्कृति से युक्त शिक्षा प्रदान करना है।

हमारा लक्ष्य विद्यार्थी को व्यावहारिक अनुभवों एवं नवीन तकनीकी ज्ञान से दक्ष करना है, जिससे वे वैश्विक स्तर पर अपनी पहचान को स्थापित कर भारत के गौरव में वृद्धि करें व विश्वगुरु की भारतीय छवि को आलोकित करें।

यह विश्वविद्यालय निरन्तर प्रगति पथ पर अग्रसर होते हुए व्यावहारिक, तकनीकी एवं व्यावसायिक पाठ्यक्रमों के अध्ययन के साथ सामाजिक एवं राष्ट्रीय दायित्व का विकास विद्यार्थियों में कर रहा है।

विश्वविद्यालय की अनवरत प्रगति की शुभकामनाओं के साथ विद्या पिपासु विद्यार्थियों का स्वागत है। विश्वविद्यालय से जुड़कर इसे नई ऊँचाई प्रदान करें।

Abiding by the motto – “Tejaswina vadhit mastu” of Vidya Pracharini Sabha, which looks forward to soon celebrate its Centenary Year, Bhupal Nobles’ University strives to provide education to all students desirous of acquiring knowledge and skill. Nowhere in the world any institution is built by one person in single day. It is a process that needs time, money, patience, collective work, vision and above all dedication with missionary zeal. I will be failing in my duty if I don’t acknowledge the contribution of all its stakeholders who in one way or other have contributed to the journey towards the development and growth of this University over a period of a century. I can visualize the amount of efforts, energy, dedication and commitment that might have gone into shaping the present form of Bhupal Nobles’ University. I admire and salute the vision of those great souls. Let me take this opportunity to thank the students, staff, faculty member and  authorities for their collective efforts in bringing out the administrative, academic and research trajectories of the University.

It is of utmost importance that coordination is established between practical and technical education in the present times. Taking this into consideration the University conducts numerous educational pursuits  in the diverse courses of Arts, Science, Commerce, Management, Law, Pharmacy, Education, Physical Education, Agriculture and many more. The University is also charting out a roadmap to initiate need based new courses training cum incubation centre for skill development.  The classroom teaching which is still backbone of learning, University will facilitate teaching learning community with latest resources such as virtual class rooms, online e-resources and MOOCs for free exchange of cross fertilization of ideas and knowledge. The University will render all out efforts to maximize the outcome of teaching, research and learning delivery mechanism as well as innovations in curricula, hands on training with industry interface and collaborations with national and international institutions of repute through Memorandum of Understanding.

The University aims at improving life skills and develop the personality of our youth by providing education as envisaged in the National Education Policy 2020 framework and guidelines. Our mission here in the University is to provide value based vocational education to our youth.

Approved by the U.G.C., Bhupal Nobles’ University strives to abide by its prescribed directives  to  provide  quality  and  value  education. The  students  of  the University engage themselves in NSS, NCC, Scout Rangering-Rovering, Games and Sports and various Cultural Activities giving exemplary performances at the National and International level.  Quite many students of NCC Wings have brought laurels for the University by working in the Indian Defence Services and para military forces.

Having the minimum academic and physical infrastructure, the University moves ahead on the path of success by strictly adhering to social responsibility of providing platform for holistic development of the youth of the nation to achieve its mission for a better India through academic excellence, research and transfer of technology.

Whatever we have achieved is praiseworthy but it is not the culmination of growth. No University can hold head high unless continuous academic growth is ensured in competitive era of open world.
